"The place it self was fine, but the neighborhood was not great. Also the building was ugly and weird. We missed a trash can. The communication was good, it was easy to get inside with the descriptions we got! "

"Perfect location if you're not worried about having a view, which we were not. Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, fully equipped with everything you'd need to cook, eat and sleep. Beds comfortable, no air conditioning as advertised but nice big windows to let air in. Plenty of hot water. Only slight criticism is the lack of mirrors only 1 mirror in the whole place above bathroom sink, we called the lift when we needed a full length view which we found quite amusing really. "The location is perfect, just steps from Grote Markt and the cathedral. The stairs are a bit much (even by old European city standards), but we knew that going in, and we managed fine. Check in/out was very easy, and Arne was great about responding to questions before and throughout our stay. There was a minor miscommunication regarding the washer/dryer. We understood that they were in the unit, but they are actually shared by all the units in the building, on the ground floor, down the two...
