This hotel was very cool! The location is great very close to the train station and also close to the main shopping area and the amenities felt modern and very recent. Comfortable rooms with plenty of amenities and a very convenient self service snack bar in the lobby!

Overall great location, very convenient parking but slightly expensive compare to other places. Super nice staff and great sustainability ideas. Room haven’t been cleaned or replenished during 3 nights stay, it’s new but in places unfinished, but hotel is working to finish renovation/repairs. Great beds but no kettle or coffee making facilities, downstairs bar priced very reasonably to compensate for luck of in room facilities. Excellent price for the stay. Would stay again

Slightly funky or self consciously cool hotel, but the rooms were comfortable and the location, adjacent to Antwerp Central station, is very convenient. If you are in a twin with a friend/relative, it's worth noting that the toilet & shower were in a frosted glass cubicle (I was on my own so no problem). Much of the decor is raw concrete. I didn't have breakfast as it's very expensive, even the coffee and pastry at €5 wasn't a great deal.

GOT THE SHOCK OF MY LIFE!!!
I would normally never book a hotel in the city centre. However, as was coming to Antwerp for a function with my family, A-Stay was highly recommended by the host. Booked 2 rooms, 1 for myself & other for my children. As the hotel didn't have connecting rooms, I requested rooms to be close. Arrived before check-in & met the most pleasant person at reception. He booked our rooms & made sure both rooms were close. Got to our rooms & was on the phone when my children(who had explored) came to drag me to see how hightec their room was. It was so cool, my children were super-excited. The irony of it is that A-Stay is right in the middle of the city centre, with shops & train station next door. Yet, no noise. Everything about the hotel is top-notch & the price is positively ridiculous. My only snag is the breakfast proceedure. As an Architect, am pretty sure the original concept didn't come with provision of breakfast. The client probably requested a design without a breakfast area as their vision & the Architect did a fine job following the brief. However, subsequently (in my opinion) there was huge request for breakfast area & decided to turn the work stations into breakfast area. So, breakfast was a long, slow-moving queue. Similar to British tourists after BREXIT being greeted at an EU border with a long queue. I will definitely stay here again, staff were extremely cheerful & fluently multilingual. THANK YOU A-STAY!!!
