The hosts/hotel staff were incredible. I had family arrive early while my flight was delayed, but the staff did everything to accommodate them, letting them check-in earlier and supported them even though my family doesn't speak a word of English. Overall we had a fantastic experience. The staff were very friendly, the location was ideal (close to the Whitecaps game) and the 1 bedroom suite was comfortable. A couple draw backs was that I didn't realize at the time of checkin (and missed a subsequent email) that the timeshare/condo units at Rosedale do not include shampoo/conditioner which was a little bit of an inconvenience when you are staying for a few nights.
