Had a few issues with door, but the staff were SUPER helpful with figuring out a solution. The room was very clean, and the area had plenty of easy dining options. Given that it is a campus it was surprisingly quiet, but the streets aren't super well lit, which made it feel less safe. Overall it is an excellent place to stay.

Checkin was a breeze. The room was pleasant, quiet, and comforatble. Had a full fridge, coffe/tea maker, and a kitchente. Large TV. Location is a five minute walk from the bus terminal. Buses for all over the city. Excellent place to stay if you are visiting the university (UBC) or any place nearby.

The residence/hotel is situated on campus in a seven storey building. Room was very clean and easy to drive into the city. Only stayed for one night and it was perfect.
