"Simple attic studio was great for a short work trip to Brussels. Located just around the corner to most of the EU buildings and with everything you need for a quick meal at home. "The apartment is well-located and spacious, but badly in need of TLC. Many fixtures were broken, and the decor was dismal. "Flat 203 was a little run down, and hadn't been cleaned well - there was congealed food on the tables and chewing gum stuck to the bathroom tiles, along with a weird smell from the dishwasher which meant we hand-washed all weekend. We also saw a mouse run around the living room, so we had to keep all food secured inside the fridge. The living room is huge and the sofa and bed are comfortable. "

"This property is in a very seedy neighborhood! I could not find an address anywhere on the building but waited until other guests exited so I knew it was the correct place. When we arrived we messaged the contact person for directions to enter. We waited 1 1/2 hours and received no reply as of yet. We found other lodging.
