The location for this VRBO was great, it was located at a walking distance from several main attractions. I just wish the laundry was included in the unit as mentioned on the listing.

The Duplex was spacious as advertised and the location was great. There was a market right across the street which was super convenient. It is advertised as being able to sleep 4 which is completely accurate. What was not clear was that the extra person charge kicks in at person #2.

The location is excellent! The apartment itself feels like it needs a deep clean, new towels, rugs and bath mats to freshen it up. The amenities say washer and dryer but they are a couple of doors down in a neighborhood laundromat. We had to purchase paper towels, although they are listed as one of the amenities. We loved eating at Bella Vita, a local pizzeria. The owners were very sweet! Didn’t feel that the owner responded to text in a timely manner.

Check in was self. No phone to call property manager. Be aware that the unit does not have air conditioning. Location was good, but I did get some damage to car when I parked in the street. Check out was also self.

Place is a dump, shower water 1 inch deep, leaks. Broken lamps, one wine glass that was actually broken in the cabinet, pillows blankets smelled like febreeze not cleaned but sprayed. Cheapest towels and bathroom rugs were like from the dollar store. 2 whole coffee pods for us. Nasty dish rags still wet. False advertising there is no washer dryer. Not one paper towel, thankfully there was toilet paper and tea bags. Location is good but this is the worst VRBO EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. We even left a night early which we paid for!

Muy bien ubicado.
Lo mejor es la ubicación. A 10 minutos del Gran Place. Además en la zona ha varios restaurantes con comida típica Belga.El acceso es mediante una caja con clave de seguridad, lo que facilita el Check in.Es un dúplex, lo que a veces es algo incómodo, pero ya conocido. Tampoco es muy grande, pero nos apañamos los cuatro.Tiene 2 TV, calefacción eléctrica, nevera, Microondas, Horno, lavavajillas.Las camas amplias y cómodas. En general todo bien.

Emplacement idéal!!
Tout peut se faire à pied pour le centre piéton. Le tram vous amène depuis la gare Midi. Appart calme sur cour au RDC, en duplex, super! Ne parle pas français et téléphone difficile à joindre mais comm facile sur le site. Très bonne adresse!
