The only negative comment about my recent stay was I paid for an “accessible” room, as I need the larger bathroom to move easily and safely, but was given a standard small room. But it’s been perfect always apart from that one error. "

"The spa bath in the room was tiny, smaller the my standard tub at home, with a shower over it. It wasn't very high standard. The room was made up on after night 1, thought dirty cups were left behind and bathroom amenities were not replenished. Generally the room was comfortable, though for the prove point was disappointed with the finishings"

"This is my second time staying at the Victoria Hotel. The room was spotless, the bed comfy and check in easy. The location is in the heart of the CBD. My only thing is the rooms could do with a bit of colour but otherwise my overnight stay was great. The restaurant was excellent too. Highly recommend. "
