Nice little apartment but on a busy street which was quite noisy all night so did not sleep much. Good location close to carlton gardens but outside free tram area. I found it quite expensive but when i booked i had not realised the flower show was on at the same time as the formula 1 racing which might have been a factor. All in all, happy with it and they did provide a nice bottle of wine and snacks which was a nice surprise.

We stayed at this place with family for a 4-day conference at University of Melbourne. The location is nice, walkable to the campus and a nice museum, and many restaurants. The room is clean and quiet, with a fully equipped kitchen.

Booked a one bedroom apartment only to be told on check-in it was a COMPACT, the shower recess had very poor drainage which overflowed if you didn't limit the flow, the refrigerator was hidden behind a door which you had to open and close for access. the balcony door could not be locked and the main entrance had to be manually locked every time. would not recommend for the price.
