"The stay was quite challenging, especially with kids, due to the lack of an attached toilet. It would be much more convenient for families if this were available. Additionally, no hand towels were provided the following day, which affected our overall comfort and hygiene. The Wi-Fi connection was very poor, making it difficult to watch TV or use the internet. On top of that, mobile signal in the area was also extremely weak. Overall, there is significant room for improvement in terms of basic amenities and connectivity. "Reception staff had excellent accommodating attitudes and were very friendly. The location is excellent for NQ Cowboys supporters who are attending home games at Qld Country Bank Stadium as well as right next door to the Cowboys Club. This is going to be my regular hotel to stay when attending Cowboys home games."

"If your looking for a quiet stay in Townsville, this isn't the place for you. Rooms right beside a bar that doesn't close till 10pm, then when that stops you have the night clubs next door that go till the early hours of the morning. Had to ask staff to get room amenities like tea, milk etc re-stocked"
