Found hotel clean and tidy, very helpful staff. Close to where we needed to go places. Would return again.
Only missed a pool this time of the year in Townsville.
The room was lovely - large, clean and modern fixtures. We arrived quite late and the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional.

All the Reception staff were very friendly and helpful to me, an interstate visitor
The room and bathroom was large and clean and the big surprise was the Nespresso coffee machine
I would definitely stay here again should I find myself visiting Townsville in the future
The entire property needs maintenance and upgrades. Staff was friendly.
I chose a Clarion property because they have a good reputation. Unfortunately this property was disappointing and not worth what we paid.
Quiet, very clean and modern apartment with good bed and bathroom facilities.
Very friendly staff.
Private off street parking is a bonus but the parking is very tight if you drive a larger vehicle like a Land Cruiser.
Overall highly recommended.
Clean and tidy accommodation with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were very helpful and polite. Only downfall was the on-site car parking. It was difficult to park a larger car in the allotted spaces available. Appart from this, my family and I found the Clarion to be a great place to stay in Townsville.
The place was nice and clean. It was a little bit hard to find the place. Parking isn't included.

Property was in good condition, staff member was really nice. Gym advertises a gym but found out upon arrival that they no longer have one. Room smelled a bit damp, but was spacious and comfortable for a 3 night stay.

The location was great, staff very friendly, however the bath was dirty (had a black ring around it) the shower gel container was empty, the basin was dirty and there was only one bath towel for 2 people.
The bed was extremely soft so we both woke up with sore backs.
location is brilliant walking distance from most restaurants the strand etc
My only complaint is the Outside private Car park it's very unsatisfactory if you're in a big vehicle trying to get out.
You will notice vehicle's have scrapped against the building previously

Disappointed paid $250 for king bed with tub…no tub, no cafe, no bar, no room service. Changed hands a few months ago and old owners took everything apparently. No microwave or toaster in room, just a kettle. Extremely basic for the high price. Was great to have a cup, teabag and milk to have a cuppa. Room was clean & bed comfy but very overpriced

The rooms were a good size however the property had a terrible odour. The shower broke in our room and although reported it was not fixed as was a broken toilet roll holder. The room lighting was very dark and insufficient. Location was ok for what we had to do, the staff, when available were helpful. Would not stay again
I arrived later in the evening than arranged, due delayed flight, to nevertheless welcoming and helpful staff. A few very small glitches with room amenities but understandable due current hotel renovations and very forgiveable because of those same very pleasant staff! Thank you.
