"I rarely leave reviews, but felt that with the two week experience that we had, we needed to share. The staff were highly hospitable, accommodating, attentive, courteous, friendly, and honest. The grounds and amenities were impeccable and the service was above anything we have ever experienced as an annual traveler. The hotel shuttle and transportation to and from the airport were timely. The tours that the hotel provided were reasonably priced and well put together. We look forward to coming back again one day. "

"The rooms can use a few touch-ups such paint touch-ups, better lighting (room was very dark despite all lights being on), windows still had noticeable gaps despite being “closed” completely, and better curtain coverage in bathrooms. Otherwise, staff was amazing-10 out of 10! They were all so friendly and helpful. Restaurant food was amazing as well! I ordered room service every day. The property grounds were immaculate- I always saw staff cleaning and sweeping the property nonstop. Both rooms I stayed in (Thankful and Dream) were nicely decorated and spacious. Location was great too- right next to monkey forest, about 10-20 min drive from the hustle and bustle of downtown depending on traffic. Just be careful of monkeys appearing on your balcony if you decide to eat/drink on the balcony. Overall, a great peaceful experience! "

"Very quiet and serene place surrounded by rice fields. People are so welcoming and supporting. Food, spa , pool all are great Special note: no gym on premises, property got step slope and stairs. have no lift so people with physical difficulties must avoid the property. "

"The Hava Ubud is a special place to stay, not just for its beautiful surroundings, feeling of calmness throughout, but the staff. Everyone from the cleaners, waiting/restaurant staff, chefs, through to management were so lovely and welcoming, this made our stay feel that extra special. Rooms were always spotless, eating at the restaurants were fun, learnt loads about the local culture and venturing out on the recommended tours were a highlight of our stay.
