"Yes, we love it. This is the second time we’ve stayed there. We definitely will be using it more in the future. The only thing I was disappointed in and I don’t think this had anything to do with the property was when I called the reservation number the person at the one 800 number or whatever it was told me they did not have a shuttle that ran from the airport to the hotel. Consequently, we paid $35 for an Uber plus I tipped him another 10 so that’s $45. Anyway, that was very disappointing, but I don’t think like I said that had anything to do with your specific property, but the people that are answering, the phone should be notified, but if they don’t know the right answer, they shouldn’t be sharing it. "

"I recently booked a room at Courtyard by Marriott and unfortunately my experience at check-in was not very welcoming. The lady who checked me in was not very friendly and seemed very short in her responses. She did not explain any of the hotel amenities or even let me know where the elevator was located, which made the arrival feel a bit uncomfortable. Her attitude came across as rude for no clear reason, which set a disappointing tone for the start of my stay. Also, I was not aware that parking was $25 until after booking/ paying for my stay- I feel like that should be refunded after how I was poorly treated. When I got to my room, I also noticed that the air conditioner kept turning on and off. It took quite a while for the room to actually cool down, which was frustrating after arriving. That said, the hotel property itself is very nice and appears to be well maintained. However, despite the nice facilities, the overall experience left me feeling like I wasn’t very welcomed. I will not be a returning customer."
