A nicely laid out apartment suitable for a family of 4. Full kitchen, two bathrooms and a laundry. Well thought out deck with sun beds, couch and dining area (no BBQ though). We enjoyed our stay here although will try higher up apartments next time as with this particular apartment the view is obstructed by the play ground sails.

Great rooms location was ok just abit if a walk to Coolangatta but there where some good spots to eat around .

Modern 2br apartment, clean and great balcony to watch the park and shoreline. Safe car parking are very close to dining options. 10-15 min walk to Coolangatta

Check-in at Iconic (opposite) was difficult as no parking space available and Reception is poorly marked and not visible for guests still in cars. Ramp down to parking is frightening for an unfamiliar driver in an SUV. VERY NARROW. Drive back out is much easier. Foxtel TV is too complicated. Should be easy default to Free-to-Air.

Clean, comfortable and modern unit, fabulously located within a very short stroll to the beach, a few restaurants, a park (for those with kids) and to Coolangatta. Highly recommended!

Overall our stay was excellent. Situated just a short walk to the beach and dining options, and a short drive to get groceries. Parking around the area itself is scarce however. Views are magnificent and the facilities are new and modern. During our stay there was very high winds which dislodged 2 glass panels from their balcony holdings but reception was quick to organise maintenance/repairs. The underground carpark is very tight and uses a "one way" traffic light system for entry and exit, which works well as long as everyone follows the rules! Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was great and we really enjoyed the handing egg chairs on the balcony to enjoy the morning sun, however I think they were unique to the apartment we stayed in. It is noisy outside place when the doors are open but that was ok with us. It would be nice if the balustrade and door glass were cleaned between stays. Note there are no amenities in the kitchen besides tea, coffee and sugar (no salt, pepper, oil or food wrapping which is strange when you have a full kitchen available). Check in was a pain because we arrived later than expected due to our flight being delayed. I had to phone someone who directed me to a lock box and was told the next morning I had to officially check in. There was no one at the reception the next morning and when we returned to our room we were locked out, only to find out we had to cross the road to another building to complete the check in process. Overall we enjoyed our stay but would try somewhere different next time.

We had an excellent relaxing family vacation. This property was an amazing retreat of being home away from home but with views. Everything was accessible, safe, clean and great! The service people and reception were super helpful. We will definitely be back!

Car park for the property was between 2 concrete poles and only suitable for a small vehicle this was not communicated on booking Check in was done by sister property. Reception was only open until 4 pm I would have expected until early evening

We booked a last minute getaway and this was in a great location with everything we needed being in walking distance or short drive away. The room was perfect for us and our 6 year old Our only worry is we have a big car and the carpark was a bit tight but we only needed the car a few times

Unit is lovely but a lot of wind noise through closed front door . Unit was very clean with all the necessary kitchen ware etc. Small swimming pool. Not a lot of dining option’s particularly early in the week . Check in staff very helpful.

Apartment 404 was very disappointing. We booked a 2 bedroom however the second bedroom had a very small single bed, which for an adult was too small. No windows! No mirrors, no bed lamps. It was not much larger than a cupboard. It was expensive & we will not stay there again.

We offered you an upgrade to our best Oceanfront High Level apartments for only 50 extra per night and you declined this offer. Our photos are very descriptive online and the 2nd bedroom is a 3 by 3 metre size which is standard in Australia.

Apartments were very modern, great size for a family of 3 young children (5, 3 & Newborn). Walking distance to cafes and restaurants, we didn't need to drive anywhere.

It was very close to the beach and cycle ways. Definitely bring your bike. The driveway down to your car park spot is unique, controlled by traffic lights and would be tight for larger cars, but you get use to it. I would definitely stay here again.
