Thank you for your review Nadia. I am glad the team rectified the issue quickly, but disappointed you had to wait so long to get into your room. We gave you 2 bottles of wine and a full hamper as an apology as yes, unfortunately the Housekeepers fell behind on the day of your arrival (due to a few flood mishaps). Your husband thanked the Housekeepers for doing such a good job after everything was rectified.

I believe you were very happy with how clean the room was when you arrived, but the clean we scheduled for the middle of your stay was delayed because our linen order was late. No excuses sorry!
