Relaxing get away
Plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 small children. 2 acres of lush tropical and bush setting with pool. Near theme parks if you are in to them, easy access to highway and shops. Beaches were about 40 mins to 60 minutes drive. Overall our family had a good time.

Big family holiday
The accommodation was lovely and comfortable for our big family. The pool was thoroughly enjoyed. Was in a really convenient location close to shops, the theme parks and still close to the Goldcoast to enjoy the beaches. The hosts were absolutely lovely and helpful. Definitely somewhere we'd like to stay again in the future.

Awesome holiday
We loved this property, it was quiet, relaxing, but still close to the theme parks and Surfers Paradise. The pool and grounds were beautiful, and the hosts had ensured that we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. 10/10

Perfect home to spend time with the whole whanau(family) ages 1-52 (15 in total) everybody was catered for as far as activities were concerned and space. The hosts were absolutely fantastic. Beautiful people. We came from nz and used the home as a meeting place for our children n grandchildren who live here. Thanku Shelley for sharing your home with us. We are so grateful for your guys kindness and eagerness to help us with whatever we needed. We cannot fault our stay at all. Nga mihi. Mel n wayne. Nz

Fantastic property
Can not fault the property! Was awesome location, loads of things for everyone to keep entertained. Close to supermarket and everything we needed. Comfortable bedding and plenty of room and beds for our huge family! A++ so much for all our whanau to do. Fantastic hosts, and extras in the pantry to keep us in stock till we were able to get to supermarket. Absolutely beautiful stay

Great family house close to the theme parks
The house was a great size and has a great layout. Plenty of room for 2 families of 4 with a room spare. Comfortable living areas and lots of outdoor space for the kids to play in. Close to shops and fuel and playground. House was clean and Shelley offered a mid stay clean if we needed it. She also offered to get our washing off the line if we were going to be late home. Will definitely stay again if we get back to the Gold Coast. Thanks for an easy, comfortable and enjoyable 2 week stay.

We enjoyed our stay, if possible we found the accommodation better than we expected. At one stage there was a local power outage and the hosts went out of their way to accommodate us. We loved the pool, and although only 9 minutes from the theme parks, there was a feeling of a country oasis. The smell of trees and the sound of birds in the mornings, thanks for a great family holiday. I wish I was still there

Family Catch Up
We stayed at this great house for a combined 75th, with family and few friends - and it was ideal in many ways, with our family all able to sleep over and extra people came along next day for the celebrations - plenty of room.. Great value for the location! Pool area was very welcome and enjoyed as well.. Hosts Nathan and Shelley very friendly and helpful - highly recommend for family gatherings. We will stay again if occasion is called for.

Great property accommodating for large family close to theme parks attractions and shops
Both Nathan & Shelley were helpful & accommodating to our large family of 10. House is modern, spacious and located near all amenities so very convenient and easy to find. Plenty of toys for young kids to play with and very kids friendly environment. The pantry is fully filled with food items which you can use and there’s a fresh 2L bottle of milk in the fridge ready for you on arrival which help a great deal with young children settling into the place. Very nice outdoor space for BBQ and a big pool area to entertain. Highly recommend.

Spacious escape
We had booked this property as it was close to our wedding venue and my wife needed somewhere to get ready and to also accommodate her family who travelled from interstate. The photos of the property do not do it justice and it was much more spacious and serene than we’d hoped! Felt like a home away from home which was perfect for what we needed. Communication with the property manager was great leading up to and during the stay for check in and check out.

Perfect family getaway!
We loved having a multigenerational family holiday at this property. The house was clean, spacious, with lots of bonus extras - books, toys, games, pantry & fridge condiments, pool, trampoline, sports equipment & plenty of space to run around. Nathan & Shelley were friendly & helpful. Overall, a very enjoyable experience!

Fantastic Home. Fantastic Hosts. Overall Fantastic
Had a fantastic week away with a group of friends at Nathan and Shelley’s Home, located in Ormeau just a stone throw away from a shopping village, a 10 minute drive to the theme parks and less than 30 minutes to Surfers Paradise. Nathan and Shelley both great down to earth people, commutation prior to the trip was super easy and fast, during the stay, although they live on the same section of land you do not notice or hear them at all. The beautiful home is very spacious and has a lovely outlook of the large peaceful backyard. Overall a fantastic home for a group of people or family.

EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS
What a wonderful host. What a wonderful home. Hosts tend (in my little experience) give the least necessary, Shelly and Nathan give more than you would expect. Find out for yourself! Quiet street, heaps of room for kids to play, balls, trampoline, then over the fence basketball and tennis court....not to mention the pool...and then so close to the theme parks. Oh, and literally two minutes to Woolworths, fuel station, laundromat, takeaway... Thank you, thank you, thank you. If we head to anywhere near the Gold Coast again we shall be looking to stay here. There should be a SIXTH STAR for hosts like you.

Beautiful house
A group of ladies and myself rented this property for a bridal shower and birthday celebrations and it was amazing! I couldn't thank the owners for being any more accommodating. They have really thought of every "Might need" situation and included it in the house. I personally thought the pool was joining to the house we were renting but it was to the main house which was a little bit of a downfall. But the view is amazing none the less 🥰

Great space
Great space for family and friends get together. The property has everything. Nathan and Shelley were extremely accommodating and great communicators. Appreciate them having us there for a sporting tournament and ensuring we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend. The house itself is great for a big group or family. We enjoyed the large lounge and dining areas as well as having our own privacy in spacious bedrooms.

Our stay here was fantastic from the moment of book to our departure. Communication was absolutely amazing and owners are so understanding best hosts ever! Kids loved the pools and the big open yard we had our own athletics day there and so much space to play and enjoys our time. House is beautiful and all the amenities were great we had packed stuff we thought we would need but didnt! Definitely will be back thank you so much for you accommodation 😍👌

Excellent communication, home was fantastic & spacious for sisters birthday family getaway! Somewhere the 10 of us could all be together! Plenty of room in the yard, lovely pool and balcony with excellent BBQ. Very handy to shops for anything extra you need! Would certainly recommend!

Beautiful and comfortable home everything as in description and what you see on photos. I loved that they provided the basics in the kitchen and essentials in the bathroom and laundry. Amazing place!
Very comfortable house, spacious and clean. Best location ever, has the quiet and comfort of countryside while still very close to anything you may need during your stay. Besides the cold weather that stopped us from enjoying the pool this time, we had lots of fun and are definitely planning to be back in the summer.
