We are terribly sorry that you experienced issues during your stay, we always want our guests to have the best experience possible and will do whatever we can to ensure this. We have organised a plumber to fix the hot water and ordered a new mattress for the queen bed. Normally the housekeepers are extremely thorough as we set very high cleanliness standards and we are sorry that we fell short on this occasion. We always pack the school holidays with a lot of kids activities, however do not do much outside of the holidays. We hope that the kids enjoyed all the other facilities in the park, like the Jumping Pillow, playground, pools, games room and pedal bikes.
