I liked the apartment with all the home perks, large fridge, iron, hotplate microwave oven and air conditioner. It was conveniently located to the hospital which is where I needed to be. The room was a bit grubby, hot and very noisy because it was so close to a busy road.

I didn’t like anything about this property. Screen door wouldn’t close without slamming it and the wooden door was extremely hard to open - got stuck closed. Shower screen broken into three seperate pieces and impossible to close. Springs sticking out of the sides of the mattress. Overall the room was very grubby. The people in surrounding rooms were arguing violently out the front of our room. They were banging on a neighbour’s door trying to get in. We were absolutely terrified. Obviously the room was cheap but it shouldn’t have been available to hire out at all.

I cannot believe people can double their prices over Xmas period it was very basic accommodation for luxury prices. We were there as there was a death in the family and i felt ripped off.

Good .anagers and the rooms were very nice and clean and comfortable. The bathroom toilet was a small space but over all, very good. Great communication with the managers as well.

The pool was not allowed to be used as it was dirty. There was a pair of boxers left in front of room so wasnt cleaned properly had a broken curtain. Was not enough beds for what i requsted. Worse place i have stayed

When we first walked in we noticed the floors were dirty. Also lots of 'bits' on the floor not vacuumed. We also thought the bathroom was not easy to use very tiny and not much room to move. Being on the main road it was very noisy. The beds however were very comfortable.

Pool with balcony photos are not an accurate portrayal of this property. This is not a waterfront property as advertised. Very dirty, run down and poorly maintained motel with smoke smell permeating the rooms and walkways. Piece of cardboard where bathroom screen should be - do yourself a favour and find a different crack den if that’s what you’re after. Paid an extortionists fee due to last minute tix to a big event weekend - terrible.

The room we entered was absolutely dirty and disgusting. I wouldn’t let my dog stay here. The whole room smelt like cigarette smoke. The bathroom was mouldy and dirty. The doors falling apart and damaged, floors didn’t even look like they have ever been mopped, stains on curtains and all the cupboards and benches. The whole property is gross. Do not stay here, not even if you are desperate. I left with my children and had to find other accomodation late at night. Lucky we were able to find somewhere to stay or I would have slept in the car than ever stay at this property.

Pool area nice. Everything else was disgusting, toilet had poo on the side, yuck on the jug, down the door, scrambled egg on floor, dust on everything. Shower not cleaned for ages, shower screen door hanging off. The first towel I picked up for my shower had previously used marks on it. Didn’t use the cupboard but yuck. I took photos if you want them. Don’t recommend, plus they hiked the rate up to over double what I paid at clean places because everything else was booked. Also, I arrived half hour after reception time, they didn’t come down to meet me with key, It was in tiny numbered lock box on screen with no porch light to see it. Just awful.

The gardens were nice in the main part to the rooms upstairs, different story around by the pool, pretty shabby as for the unit we were placed in after being told we were a day early ( yet I had a copy of correspondence to prove dates we had booked with me and showed the manager ) was disgusting, so bad was the front of the fridge I would not touch it, the grime nearly made me sick, there was mold growing on the roof in the shower/toilet room, the only thing I noticed was the beds were well made. I will never return to this motel and I would never recommend this Motel. The Manager should go and take a look at the Motel round the corner ....wow now that one I would recommend

I chose the cheapest accommodation available at last minute, and boy did I get what I paid for. Cheap, old and in need of complete overhaul. Very misleading photos. Staff were friendly and well meaning but during check in, several times pointing out security cameras located everywhere gave me the sense the place was unsafe. I had no trouble but it was a very strange experience trying to check in. I immediately regretted my booking the moment I arrived. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and was quiet enough overnight. In every other regard it failed to meet my rather low expectations.
