"Very friendly and welcoming staff at the front desk. The hotel is clean and well maintained. We liked that there are two pools, and there are many restaurants nearby with guest discounts. Overall, for this price it’s a very good hotel."

"They were so kind and accommodating. Hugo was helpful and welcoming. Room was clean, bed comfy. The pool and outside areas were still under construction, but it looks like it will be awesome once it’s done. We will book again our next visit. "

"We were told on arrival the elevator was recently put out of service but it seems to me it’s been that way for a while (just a hypothesis). Location is great for Ocean Drive but the rooms are showing their age and the bathrooms are in rough shape. We were also surprised by a daily fee above and beyond what we paid when we booked - it was mentioned for the first time at checkin "

"I did not have an ocean view though my studio room was roomy. The refrigerator lighting remains bright all night long which detracted from sleeping. The pool area was lovely. Never too crowded. Staff was helpful and accommodating. "

"Breakfast was great and I love the area, great restaurants near the hotel! The staff was extremely professional and helpful! The only drawbacks were that the rooms are very small, and the airconditioning in my room didn't work very well. It would not go below 71 degrees. Had there not been a ceiling fan in the room, I would have been very hot."
