"The location is perfect for anyone wanting to experience South Beach while also being close to a variety of shops and restaurants. The virtual receptionist was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. However, the condition of the room was disappointing. There was a strong, unpleasant odor that seemed to be coming through the air vents, which made the stay uncomfortable. The property also appeared much older than what was reflected in the photos. Additionally, the pillowcases had what looked like permanent stains, which raised concerns about cleanliness. While the location is a major plus, I would not choose to stay here again due to the overall condition of the room."

"I didn’t realize how big the hotel is, but it is gorgeous! Check in and check out is very organized, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We ate at the Japanese restaurant and it was delicious. The rooms are spacious and clean, and they look modern and well kept. We asked for extra towels and shampoo, and they were so generous! We would definitely stay there again"
