"room was large and light. It had enough room for a comfortable chair which would have been nice. The pool was lovely. The breakfast was more than plentiful and varied and tasty. and the welcome drinks also appreciated and a nice touch. Location is excellent and given Miami prices, the prices at the President were very attractive."

"The property itself is charming. The location is in the middle of great restaurants. The rooms are SMALL. The rooftop pool is nice as well, but we only went up to check it out and had a shot at the bar. We did have a few mishaps. Our shower was out of soap and we didn’t know until we were in the shower. Our phone didn’t work so we couldn’t call the desk. They took care of those things after we went downstairs. Our air conditioner stopped working during the day and we called to let them know. They said they would have someone up, we returned at 11pm to an 80 degree room. The young man at the desk was overwhelmed with guest issues and it took over an hour to get some type of resolution. At midnight we had to pack all of our things and we were put in an even smaller room and told to explain what happened to the desk in the am. They offered us a refund of one nights resort fee of $40ish dollars. After the manager called me back we were upgraded to a suite as a resolution for our last nights stay which I accepted, but to my understanding my reservation through Expedia was eligible for an upgrade if available anyway and a bottle of wine that we never received. Overall hotel experience…eh. "

"There are actually 3 properties in which you can stay. We ended up in an adjacent property that was co-located with Taco Taco restaurant. We rented a junior suite thinking it would be larger with a seating area - it was a basic hotel room. The room was dated, the noise from outside could be heard until midnight, and the A/C rattled. Definitely never again ....."

"Great location and comfortable room. Excellent value. No complaints. But be aware...its loud Being right on Espanola Way is great, but the rooms are directly above a number of restaurants that are open late. Its not quiet until 2AM (nothing wrong with that, just be aware) The white noise machine and provided ear plugs are great. And be aware the front desk is rarely staffed - wasn't able to drop my luggage prior to check-in despite working through the text support line. Not deal breakers - I would stay there again, if I weren't there for work and wanted to sleep early."
