From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like valued guests rather than just another booking. Check-in was quick and the front desk team were warm and helpful.
The room itself was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Location was great!
Hotel is new . Location was great. The restaurant and bar were not open but the cafe was nice in the morning. Access to the local gym was great and the roof top pool was also lovely. Room was on the smaller side but had all the main necessities and bonus it had a balcony
Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the front desk team. The accommodations were modern and tastefully decorated. The rooftop area offers a lovely pool and city views. I also highly recommend the breakfast; at $14 including coffee and juice, it is excellent value for the Miami Beach area. I look forward to a longer stay next time.
Absolutely loved my stay at Dolce by Wyndham Miami Beach. The location on James Ave is perfect—just steps from the beach, Lincoln Road, and all the best spots in South Beach, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a modern boutique vibe, spotless rooms, and a layout that makes the stay feel elevated and comfortable. The rooftop and courtyard areas were a highlight and made it easy to relax between outings. This is easily one of the best stays I’ve had in Miami Beach and I would 100% come back.
The room we had was the twin queen and so small. No where to have one small suitcase open, let alone 3. If you travel light (backpack maybe) then all good. A newly refurbished hotel and clean enough. We had a balcony room but no chairs to sit and enjoy. For a family of three; 2 adults and a kid, just too small. Good location. Pool area on rooftop was great.
Newly renovated property with all the amenities you could want. There was a safe and a small fridge. Shower stall only no bathtub. Minimal storage. We stayed for 6 days and were living out our suitcases which was fine as we don’t usually unpack completely. The location is amazing minutes to the beach and Lincoln Rd shops.
This hotel was amazing. All the other reviews about the staff are absolutely true. From the moment I arrived, everyone was kind, helpful, and quick to accommodate all my requests.
I really appreciated how nicely tucked away the hotel is, it gave a sense of privacy that made the stay even better. The beach staff were also amazing and made the experience that much more enjoyable.
Special shoutout to Lenin and Julieta, they truly stood out and made my stay unforgettable.

New hotel. Needs to be finished in a few parts I think as there are still some minor problems. But I think they will be gone in a few weeks.
Overall great hotel for a great price.
The staff were very friendly, the pool was awesome and it was a super short walking distance to good food and the beach. I included the continental breakfast with our room, and I would say it was worth it. It was fresh and they had a good variety of breakfast pastries to go along with fresh fruits. We had a double queen room with balcony, and have 0 complaints about noise. The room upon arrival was tidy but the floors were dirty, and there was lipstick (?) smeared on the floor. The room was TINNNYYYY. I knew the rooms were small but WOW. We had myself, my husband, our 4 year old and our 70lb dog and it was incredibly tight. We were unable to set up his dog crate in the room it was so small. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay in a really great area.

Pulled up in front of the hotel and parked. No sign saying I couldn’t. Went inside to check in. Was inside maybe five minutes checking in. Came out and had a parking ticket for $36. No parking offered it all by or at the hotel. You have to park across the street in a separate pay lot not associated with the hotel. Options were $60 for 12 hours or $80 for 24 hours. Nothing stated in the reservations about this. Felt completely misled through the entire experience.

VERY SMALL ROOM.
Glass in the shower between the bedroom was dirty. A vanity chair is not a chair! Closet rod could not be reached, no iron. No valet parking on site and no signage for parking. Charging a resort free, because you have a pool is not a good reason to charge this fee. No bar!?! Beach is many blocks away. Signage in halls is installed in the wrong location. Staff is not knowledgeable of the area, just a comment go down to Collins Ave.
I will not return to this location.

The room was initially clean when we arrived for our 5 day stay, however housekeeping refused to properly clean our room during our stay and management had to be involved. There is no room service. The only amenities we really had were towels for the beach and an umbrella and chairs. Room is also very small. No chairs on balcony. They also do not allow your food deliveries to be brought to your room directly.

Lots of kinks that need to be worked out here. Front door auto locked during the day so staff had to keep opening it. Fire alarm went off around midnight. Hallway smells so bad, maybe its new carpet but im not sure. Our hotel door didn't lock. Paper thin walls. Spring breakers had free range to run amok at all hours of the night, and day I might add. Loud music, shouting, doors slamming. Just a complete $h1* show. This is actually a very beautiful hotel with potential but staff needs to learn how to take charge to ensure the guests experience is a pleasant one. $600 for a 2 night stay was a lot to pay for a chaotic motel 6 experience.
