The room was very clean and big. We enjoy using the rooftop pool. Breakfast is excellent. I wish they had more space in the hall to put more tables, since eating outside was too hot.

This is my second time at the property. I love the location and the rooms are clean. We had an issue with the air conditioner didn’t work for the last two nights we were there. They did send up a portable air conditioner and I was very grateful for that! Although I love the pool after a beach day I do wish the water was cleaner. Overall an ok stay

This was our first time in Miami and at President Hotel Villa. We had a great time. Mike at the front desk was super helpful and attentive. Our room was clean, however, when we arrived, the air conditioner was not working so we had to wait for maintenance to come fix the issue.
