The hotel was located right across the street from the beach and right on the main strip making everything very convenient. The staff were helpful and nice. A/C was extremely refreshing especially since I am not accustomed to that level of heat and humidity. Their garlic shrimp dinner was absolutely delicious as well. Overall, I would definitely recommend. Thanks to the staff for a wonderful stay!!

Our stay was absolutely outstanding. Great location, clean and spacious room, but the staff made the stay perfect. We had one in our group terribly sick for the day and the staff supplied extra water, blankets, luggage assistance, etc. Can't say enough about how accommodating they were.

Great location in the middle of Ocean Drive. Good food and drinks in the hotel restaurant which you get 20% off and there are 2-4-1 drinks all afternoon. Our room was available to check in early and staff were very friendly. My only complaint is in the oceanfront rooms you need earplugs and the thumping goes late into the night even on a Sunday.

I booked a corner suite and absolutely loved it. The staff was very professional and considerate. Carl was my favorite as he went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The room was clean, well kept,and even being above the restaurant i was still able to get sleep with the Latin music. The Icon cafe had the best drinks and food I've had in Miami. If you're looking for a memory and a place to create future memories this is it.

The staff were so kind and helpful! Honestly the best part of the stay. Our room was clean but the blanket was thin and we could hear eeeeverything from the street and businesses (bars) surrounding so had an awful sleep unfortunately. Otherwise the location was good, maybe if we were on a higher floor the noise would have been better.

The room was spacious but the floor was so dirty. My kid’s socks turned black when they were walking in the room. I put the shoes on so they don’t get sick from the dirt. But the hotel was in a great location and had a great view. We got one of the suites with big windows.
