"Excellent location perfect for getting to LEGOLAND and Windsor and any other locations you might want to to down that way. Shops and takeaways couple of minutes away by car. Willow court tidy and quiet. The only reason my granddaughter would only give it 9 out 10 because you couldn't let the rabbits out for a fuss she loves rabbits. But the rest of us give 10 out of 10. Would recommend and have already told others who will be looking into booking"
Vintage style Lodge In Windsor! Sleeps 15! Hot Tub!
10/10 Excellent
"I had an absolutely amazing stay at this house! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The space was not only stylish but also incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect home away from home. The amenities were top-notch, and the host was so accommodating, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, and beautiful retreat. 5 stars all the way!"
"The property was definitely different. Located at Bray Marina and overlooked by a restaurant car park, it's perfect for any exhibitionists as there are no coverings over any of the portholes including the en suite! The property is a good size, but could be planned better as you are living out of bags and cases due to one bedroom having nowhere for clothes, there's not even a hook on the door.Beds were comfortable but one didn't have linen on it so we had to search to find some as we were told for the first night it wouldn't be sorted until the following day.The door is an absolute nightmare to try and lock, and it gets slippery outside the door. Some rubber mats would help as when it rains, it's a pretty scary manoeuvre getting on and off the boat, and the ladder/step combo is not for the fainthearted! The novelty of staying on the houseboat was great, but for the money, I'd have at least expected a small welcome pack or at least a bottle of milk"
"Where do I start
The property was described as a studio. It stated that everyone in my party would be undestrurbed in the accomodation.
This is untrue and breaches the trades description legislation
The property has a shared kitchen with no privacy in it. The only TV is in the kitchen and so relaxing at the end of the day before bed by watching TV was not really possible
My food had to be stored insecurely
The access to the room I booked was up very steep steps with a low ceiling
This was also not known before booking
Whilst the access is ok for a residential property it almost certainly does not meet the legislative requirements for a shared room let (multiple occupation). I banged my head several times
In the case of a fire, escape would be severely restricted. There was no fire escape plans or smoke alarms on the top floor, breaching further legislation
Parking nearby was impossible
The low height in the shower also made me bang my head
On arrival, it was almost impossible to get the key because the alley is too dark. A light sensor is required not a timer.
The room was not ready with dirty sheets and towels
There were no internet instructions and as a result I missed an important meeting as I got them too late
The phone number provided was incorrect
The shower overflows creating effectively a pond that I had to mop up every morning
The owner rudely suggested I cancel the booking and go to the Travel Lodge saying I got a good deal"
