"Check in not clear. We arrived and rang the bell no answer and no mobile number given on the site we booked through but once we contacted the owner they got us sorted quickly and the room was great and the lovely lady who was cleaning was really helpful. Onsite parking which is excellent"

"I like that it is very close to the Underground station, Kenton, which was very handy for travelling to see the sights. Some of the areas (restaurant) were a little worse for wear. But acceptable. "

"The trip was indeed a nightmare. The room looked like a construction site. The walls were unpainted. The TV in the living room was dropped on the floor with all the cables. (Photos are available on request on our arrival on Wednesday morning. After 3 days of complaining, workmen turned up and sanded and painted the walls while we were guests in the room!
