For where it is excellent for me passing through for one night. 20 mins walk from the Tube and loads of shops and there is parking.

The title is misleading as no breakfast is available but it what was expected cheap for London and roof over your head for the night. If your expecting the Ritz don't book her but the staff are really pleasant and it does what it says on the tin budget bed for the night. And ideal location for the purpose of my stay as close enough to Wembley stadium

No welcome, nothing!

Arrived for check-in at approx 7pm - was taken to the living room area & was promptly informed i had been charged an incorrect price - I had been charged too little, etc & there should also be an additional £15 cleaning - which the lady then requested I kindly be willing to pay. I explained i had made full payment, per advertised rate. She said she would leave it with me to decide, after I saw the cleanliness. I explained i was only there to sleep & did not even shower there in the shared bathroom for the two days i stayed. I explained i would not require room cleaning during my stay. I was given entry codes & shown to my room. There was no quick show around or explanation of tea/coffee facilities, garden, communal spaces - NOTHING! Was just infomed breakfast was £25!!??!!??

Avoid this so called B&B, it is not worth the money. The hotel was unable to retrieve my booking confirmation on arrival. The bedroom was cold, had to beg negore heating was put on. No breakfast in the morning. When asked was told it costs £30 per person.

The landlord was horrible. She tried to get more money out of me, & when I didn't pay her anymore money, When I was away, she removed all of my things out of the room & locked me out. I had about 7 more days left in the property. Who do I contact about a refund?

Bizarely half an hour after checking in the owner was on the phone to us saying we hadn't paid enough for our room even though we had booked and paid 6 months earlier via hotels.com, they wanted another £20 which we didnt pay.The lock on the room door was faulty it was also not a fire door, as a result of this we put everything back in the car when we went out to a concert for the evening. The room was dated and had stains on the carpet none of the electrical items had a sticker on the plug to prove they had been PAT tested some plug sockets were loose on the wall. Bed linen was clean but beds were very firm. People were arguing outside at the next door property until the early hours. People were smoking outside too. This has put me off staying in a b&b again and i will stick to chain hotels in future.

I was attending checking the lady wanted to talk to me l reach her she said your booking wrong paid wrong amount should be £ 104/- including all and she blamed l did wrong she said want give accommodation with booking price very rude and tricky lady her plan kicks me out not offering to stay room then l advice l got bookings confirmation make complaints police there after she gave me room my feedback never go that place again or no one introduce

Beware the operator will seek additional fees claiming that Expedia under billed you. When I arrived to inspect the booked single room, she immediately demanded that I pay additional fees. and the single room assigned to me was dingy.I request for a refund which she declined. She is overall not nice, the property is not the cleanest and beware you might have to wait to use the shared bathroom. Read other reviews before booking.

The property was, in my opinion, unsafe due to no smoke alarm, frayed wiring on extension, cluttered furniture and dirty facilities. Staff were very friendly and bedding was clean, as were towels but as a double room just not fit for purpose. The property was noisy all night as was location.

I only stayed one night and I was a little disappointed that there was no kettle, coffee or tea in the room. Also the part of the shower that holds up the shower head was broken making it difficult to wash in such a confined space. Otherwise the staff were nice and my room was clean

Never again!!!!!!

No check in service, felt lost on arrival. When phoning to make enquiries the response very very abrupt. Lock on doors were numbers and even the gardener knew the number to enter my room so felt total unsecure to leave my belongings. Told I could check out later and then demanded to leave immediately. Even after having a second conversation with the lady in charge. The other guests who were long term where helpful but the staff when found were unhelpful. I would not recommend this place and will never ever return.

This is by far the worst stay I ever had. It was very dirty and disgusting everywhere. The towels smelled like dead animals. So I can not recommend this place to anyone

Inte det bästa B&B vi varit på. Stökigt och rörigt ställe. Ingen breakfast, inget fungerande wi-fi. Koder för att låsa rum som inte fungerade. Ommålning och renovering pågick och det låg saker för detta överallt, enorm lukt av måleriarbete. Kan inte rekommendera detta ställe.
