"We absolutely loved our stay. They thought of everything to make it comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable, the bathing pools and amenities were incredible, staff accommodating - we didn’t want to leave! I truly hope to return some day. "

"Excellent hotel. Comfortable bed & nice quality linens and fairly spacious. All sorts of little extras provided: toothbrush, hairbrush, hairband, slippers, Nespresso coffee in room. Staff were wonderfully polite. Convenient Metro stop not far away. Would highly recommend. "

"This is a lovely centrally located property. Rooms are small but clean and modern Unfortunately staff at this hotel are poorly trained and unorganized arguing with one another and barking orders at guests. Noone seems to be able to answer questions or solve problems and there is a general sense of confusion. As a result I would not recommend "

"The room was clean and had a space with table and chairs for eating. Large window w/ great view and natural light. Was happy they provided Tea pot, fridge, PJ’s ( one size fits most) "

"The rooms were so small. The elevators were so slow. The check in process was very disorganized. The central air conditioning was not useful as the rooms got really hot and there was no air conditioning to cool down the rooms. The laundry facilities were inefficient. The dryer did not completely dry the clothes. We would not be coming back to that hotel. "
