Lovely resort on a sprawling grounds

Lovely resort. Staff at the checkin was very helpful. It also had an excellent buffet breakfast. Didnt manage to participate in the activities due to the rain.

We really liked that we were able to walk everywhere and that most of the paths had tree shade! Rooms were beautiful and clean, the pool was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious!

Relaxing Stay in a Resort

very well established resort with different activities to play during your stay. The private beach is nice and a variety of water sports can be played. The room is newly refurbished and clean. Very big too! We enjoyed our stay very much.

It was so much fun for my mom and I to stay there. The food was delicious for both dinner and breakfast. The sauna there was really relaxing and free for guests. They had so many fun activities that could be done but make sure you schedule them at least the day before. The beach was also a really nice temperature even in late October.

The property is nice but the rooms could be cleaner. The bathroom has an awful sewer smell all the time and ants and some other sort of bug that goes after wet towels. The pool has mold, the Paddle Board and rental area closes while the staff stands around until 2:00. They lost my rental of a paddle board because I would have to wait and hour and a half. The staff is amazing but very few speak english and are not able to understand the translation app translation. It was a very nice and relaxing time however and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Okuma staff you are outstanding!

Okuma Beach Resort was a nice place to relax and unwind while on our trip around Japan. Pools, spas, sauna, a private beach were all utilised by us. Our room was spacious (over two levels), and had a lovely beachy feel to it. Laundry facilities were close by and appreciated. The breakfast was included and was generous buffet style. We only ate dinner at one of the restaurants one night as we found the price quite expensive. There is a family mart nearby which had lots of cheaper good options for meals.

The beach was nice and pool was ok. The only thing we really enjoyed the the sauna access. Everything else from the room to restaurants were mediocre. I found the restaurants limited operating hours and no room service inconvenient for a staycation spot.

Big property with an in intimate resort experience. All good options were great and it was nice to have diversity. Pool is right on the beach. Room was clean and well maintained. And staff was incredibly responsive.

Great location with a nice beach and great resort. Very nice breakfast but does not offer the possibility to get it or bring it to the room (pity). Only improvement needed is the English skills. Very hard to communicate sometimes

Nice private beach resort with good value

It was remote and far from the airport, however, they had free shuttle from two of the hotels in Naha so it was very convenient. Breakfast buffet was great and there were so many different kinds of food. Just be careful not over eat:) We are glad that we went al the way to north to see the wild nature of the Okinawa Island. Naha was a huge city so just a day was enough for us and it was nice to be able to relax at this very nice resort. It is not super fancy, etc. but it was enough for us

The beach was beautiful, most staff very friendly. Food was mostly good, limited dietary restriction options. No room upgrade despite availability (we think) but we were happy with our room. We would have loved transport in the evening. We were supposed to drive but then ended up having to take a taxi and pay USD $200; and the shuttle back to the airport was free which we REALLY appreciated as a service, but only ran 1x per day at 9AM. Overall, we were pleased.
