Spacious and clean room but of older styles and conditions. Staff were excellent and very welcoming. Dinner and breakfast were superb and traditional Japanese style set meals. Hot spring baths (both inside and outside) were of excellent traditional styles and not shared with other guests. The main minor issue was that you cannot drive directly to the door because of narrow road access. Staff spoke good English, the hotel was amazing for a love hotel. Very good amenities and wonderful open air bath that can be booked. Free karaoke too.

Stayed in the private suites in which were located in another tower with sunset views. Felt very exclusive and everything was maintained very well. The only issue were: lack of signage for visitors who did not know that there's different check in locations, depending on your room, and that there were strict time constraints for accessing the pool. This meant that if you arrived late, and had to leave early, you will miss out on using most of the facilities. Otherwise, everything else was great!...

1st experience in a capsule hotel and thanks to the millennials it was a good experience. Friendly staff and very clean and modern building/rooms.

Every staff member was very professional and helpful, snacks were great and the private and public onsen was lovely!

This hotel is a must stay for any couples wanting to explore Tokyo. For a start, check in finished at 11pm. But our flight was looking to arrive late so we would potentially miss the check in time. We emailed the hotel the situation and they assured us that we would be fine to check in and no fee would be charged. We had a goody bag waiting for us, with an explanation on how to use all the amenities by an English speaking staff member. The room had karaoke, a spa and a seperate sauna, a bidet...

We stayed at this hotel for the final 2 nights of our trip before returning to Australia and we absolutely loved it. The facilities were fantastic, very clean and well looked after. The service was excellent and the room was huge, clean and very well equipped. I have to mention the food, oh my goodness the food was incredible! A great hotel in the grand tradition! Mildly dated in some appointments, but overall a great hotel with professional and friendly staff.

Great service and amenities

Great location by the train and bus station, clean and comfortable, great breakfast buffet, huge range of choices, great onsen. This is my 4th time to this hotel and I love it!!
