Access was easy and the agents were quick to respond
There was no washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets provided tea and coffee was not provided.
I’ve stayed in many places similar to this and there has been this provided.

"The staff were friendly and very helpful, responding almost immediately to any inquiries we had via the mobile communication. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable, and the safety feature for calling a lift was great. Would definitely stay again! "

Each room themed differently, and there's a lot of history to be discovered if you have time to wander around the hotel
Breakfast was excellent - A buffet breakfast that is not just the usual fare
Only slight downgrade was the check-in process ... Everyone needed their own ID, and all were taken and painstakingly entered into the system. And then, at 3pm the rooms weren't ready so we had to wait a little, and then be showed to our rooms one room at a time (we weren't allowed to just go find them ourselves)"
