We stayed in a 2 bedroom deluxe villa and our villa was absolutely perfect. Very clean and comfortable with all facilities for self catering. Laundry fully equipped, bed very comfortable,. Reception staff very knowledgeable and could not do enough to assist in booking tours and advising on good restaurants. Able to walk to adjacent golf course which resort backs onto. Pools were clean, lounges around pool area for relaxing and bbq facilities available also.We stayed for 5 nights and will be...

The Sea Temple is a lovely hotel with a great relaxing atmosphere, well looked after facilities, modern rooms (not to forget the incredible spa bath) and fantastic food! I extended my stay twice as I couldn't have enough of this hotel! The location was great, only a short drive to the main stretch of port douglous. I would rate this hotel 10/10 with the only negative being the service delivered by room service. Twice parts of our order was missing although this wasn't a problem, the room...

My husband & I stayed for our honeymoon. We enjoyed our stay. Room was spacious (D250) Inroom appliances were great. It was nice to have a washer/dryer, dishwasher & double door fridge. The hotel wasn't to noisey. The feel and look of the resort was very relaxing. From first impression coming into the reception area I felt I was in Fiji. We wanted something that was tropical but without going over the top and the Ramada deliverd. Breakfast buffet was great. We had dinner in town every night &...

Aidan at reception was excellent, very, friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and absolutely spotless, wish we had stayed a lot longer . Great position

Great place to stay close to all shops & eateries. Staff are fantastic, clean rooms free use of beach equipment, bikes

We had our own plunge pool, perfect with a young child. Hotel staff were more than welcoming, Nice quiet stay in a resort setting. No problems from check-in to check-out, Highly recommend. Great for Families.

The Motel was really clean with recently updated modern rooms. The owner couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming and the room was great value for money.

The dishwasher didn't work in Villa 5 The breakfast menu was a little disappointing considering it was supposed to be ala carte breaky included in package. We paid good money to stay there.

Peppers is an amazing resort that is the perfect getaway for families. Their lagoon pool is

There wettest not any blankets and the pillows were very uncomfortable

The swim up bar at the lagoon house was amazing and Thomas the waiter made our stay enjoyable. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the cocktail menu. Always engaging with us to personalise our drink preferences and make the time spent there phenomenal. Thank you Thomas from Zorka and Slavica

Good value for money. Good location

Very well located on the main street between the inlet and the beach. Generous size rooms and an outside balcony overlooking some greenery. Laundry facilities are not in the room but they are free and accessible. The car park is very tight and would not suit a large car but overall a great place to stay in Port Douglas, and reception staff we’re very friendly

You know how you're often disappointed after arriving at a venue that you've booked online? This is NOT one of those venues! What a spectacular location. Shantara Resort was everything we'd hoped for and more. Fantastic facilities, very clean and well cared for. All staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Handy to the centre of town, marina and beach - we had a car but didn't need it at all. Extra bonus of being a child free venue - very peaceful! We had an amazing time and will...

It was a great time also our engagement almost got spilt due to the older lady at the front desk when we checked in. Lucky my parents wasn’t listening to what she said… Overall we loved thala and will be back. Thanks for the great experience!

Everyone is super friendly. Great people to be around & relax

Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed with honest and friendly advice on the hotel's services, places of interest including available tours and being shown around our room. Nice to have some good old-fashioned service.

Service: Outstanding; Cleanliness: Immaculate; It was those extra little things like pool toys, DVD's for the kids that makes this place stand out from others.
