  • This impressive three bedroom villa offers both privacy of your own villa and heated pool with the convenience of a resort right outside your door. For a magical tropical holiday look no further. Located in the Sea Temple Port Douglas Resort, Villa 312 offers direct and private beach access via the rainforest boardwalk to stunning Four Mile Beach. Grand sandstone columns and a double door of carved timber welcome you with a stunning water feature that flows into the entrance of your very own Port Douglas Beach Villa retreat.

    Refined natural stone floors give way to a state of the art kitchen with an impressive sandstone staircase which invites you to the 3 unique tropical design bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King bed and a lavish day bed which wraps around a grand spa bath to form a luxurious focal point of the master bedroom. The second and third bedrooms offer either a king size bed or will accommodate 2 single beds. They share the second bathroom and both of these stunning bedrooms have external balconies to relax and unwind. Optional bedding configurations are available. Either 3 king beds OR 2 king beds and 2 singles OR 1 king bed and 4 singles. Please confirm your bedding preference upon making a reservation.

    The spacious sunken lounge room with large timber bio-folding doors opens out to a heated swimming pool, water feature and built in BBQ in a covered pavilion.

    Enjoy resort facilities including large lagoon pool, restaurant, gymnasium and relax and unwind in the elegant day spa centre, and for the golfing enthusiasts a world class 18-hole links golf course.

This vacation home was very spacious and clean. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans, dishes, glasses, cooking utensils and silverware. The induction cooktop was awesome!!The beds were comfortable and bathrooms extremely clean! The only thing that would be nice to put in the house would be a roll of paper towels. Other than that it was a perfect spot for four adults wanting a relaxing getaway!

Magnificent

You can’t always rely on pictures or reviews. This unit was far superior to any pictures posted or reviews absolutely perfect! We had a car and I suspect it would be very difficult if you didn’t. I didn’t find anything to be walkable distance like grocery or wildlife habitat. The resort is fantastic, the beach very pretty but don t go swimming due to crocs. This was probably among the nicest VRBOs that we have stayed in. So happy we didn’t stay in Cairns. It would have been nice to have salt and pepper that’s my only suggestion. I would also like to suggest that it would be great to have information about the Great Barrier Reef and how to help protect it. I haven’t found that info anywhere we have travelled in Australia. Thank you for such a comfortable few days. The wildlife habitat is NOT to be missed
