"The highlight of this property is its great location right in centre of town off the main street. A great variety of cafes and restaurants close by and a close walk to the beach, park and marina. The Pavilions units very generous in size, although older, had been refurbished recently and had everything we needed for our week’s stay. "After some mixed reviews we weren’t sure what to expect and were pleasantly surprised - we had a spacious 2 bed apartment, modern bathroom, fresh continental breakfast and pool which the kids loved. "I arrive very early 2 hours before check-in time, i was happy to just leave my bags at reception. To my surprise they made my room available within 10 minutes of me arriving. The resort host was more than happy to give information about Port Douglas what to do and how to get around. After the very helpful service from the reception I made my way to my room. It was big and very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable which meant I had 3 amazing nights sleep. Loved the property and the beach is 2 minutes walk. Great place and would definitely visit again. "
