"Clean and new rooms. The room had AC and heater, USB charger in the walls (in case your uk plug adapter fails like ours did, we came from the US). Stable free WiFi (worked perfectly fine with NordVPN). One detail is that at night you can hear the tube train passing every now and then but it wasn't too noticable. The breakfast was cheaper than any other options around (it was 10.99 per adult) and it tasted very good, we were pleasantly surprised, especially that kids eat breakfast for free (we had 4 kids so it definitely made it a great deal)."

"We had a lovely stay at St Paul's Hotel. The staff were friendly and the property is really beautiful. Very quiet considering it's busy location, and the rooms were well appointed. Bus stop right outside and the Hammersmith train station only 7 minutes walk. I was in town for a photography convention and it was a quick 2 block walk to that which was great. My only complaint would be the hot water in the shower was not very consistent. Some days just a few minutes of hot water, on others, it was barely warm. On the last day of our stay I was unable to shower as there was no hot water at all at 930am:( Aside from that- it was a really good stay! "

"We stayed one night with dinner and breakfast. Unfortunately there was a long waiting time for our breakfast ( approx 50 mins) Staff apologised about wait time which was fine but when breakfast finally arrived, it was cold which makes me wonder if food was actually ready but just wasnt brought out. We couldn't wait for food to be re cooked as had a train to catch . The serving staff were very attentive but coldness of food spoilt our dining. Doorman Pascal went above and beyond by directing us to our waiting transport some distance from the hotel, excellent customer service. "
