This hotel needs major refurbishing the carpets are very worn in the rooms and room very small the only good point is the small bath room shower only was refurbished.

beds were comfy but too hot in the room when i visited prob due to weather but opened windows, still hot but the noise from the pub & traffic was bad and didnt get much sleep, breakfast was fine & location was good

Standard room. The electric sockets not working so no TV, kettle etc. Not great should have been checked before letting the room. Did offer me a room change but staff entered twice during my stay Not great! First room shower head was broken, needs some TLC. Otherwise good value and pleasant staff

Stayed at this property for 3 nights in the summer. Was given the room on the ground floor of the annex and the window for the room opened to the parking lot. It was very warm weather and the only way to get cooler air was to have that window open. But it was unsafe to leave it open when we left during the day bc of easy access of the parking lot, so our room was like a sauna when we returned. It also felt unsafe to sleep at night with the window open bc anyone could come in that way. There was also a lot of noise from customers talking g in the parking lot and on Saturday night there was loud music and yelling/singing happening in the parking lot at 1am! The room we were given should never be used as a guest room. There are so many issues with it being on the ground floor with the only window opening in the parking lot! On top of all this, the wifi did not work at all. It only worked in the restaurant, but it couldn't be used in the annex building where our room was. We got no help from staff other than telling us it should work.

For me public transport links were fantastic. Hotel can't fault the staff. Only down side checkin information needs to be clear ie from 12 noon or 2 pm just to take the pressure off the staff.
