Excellent Staff

Very clean and well proportioned room. Only issue was shower not draining properly, staff were aware and plumber is due to fix. Disappointed the EV Charger was not operational 😕. Excellent staff, ample parking and great bar. Continental breakfast was a nice touch. Would recommend if you are looking for accommodations in the area

Perfect for the tram station,Clean but noisy

Perfect location after our trip to watch the tennis, we arrived at 9.30pm after a long day so we were tired. With it being a Saturday night the pub bit was bouncing and the people out the front made a lot of noise till very late.(our room was at the front) Maybe if it was mid week this would’nt be a problem. The room itself was fine, clean and tidy. The food in the restaurant looked good but we didn’t try it as it was too late for us.

For me public transport links were fantastic. Hotel can't fault the staff. Only down side checkin information needs to be clear ie from 12 noon or 2 pm just to take the pressure off the staff.

Friendly greeting, all staff lovely & accommodating. A great base if you are going to Wimbledon. Free parking. Continental breakfast included. Room was very clean & adequate for a couple of nights stay. Spar shop next door. Dislikes - carpets needed replacing which did not give a good first impression. No fridge in room. Watered down hand soap. Requested more towels as only one towel each & no hand towel, requested an extra fan as so very hot when we stayed - they were in the room waiting on our return. Coffee cups not cleaned & coffee not topped up. A bit more attention to detail would make a huge difference. Would consider again if we were going to Wimbledon as a fair price.

I would happily visit again.

Check in was smooth. Staff were very helpful. Location was very near to both a tram stop and a bus stop. Breakfast was basic but included in the price so more than adequate. Parking was also free and I never had a problem with finding a space in the car park.
