We paid for a corner room with two queen beds and a sofa roll away bed. When we got to the hotel, the person at the front desk did not provide us with the room we paid for. She was rude and deflecting... An elevator did not work and the stairs could only be accessed from outside the property... There ...

That’s not easy for me to do anymore. I was disappointed that dinner wasn’t available at the bar on weekends. ...

Breakfast was the best of all the Holiday Inns we stayed in the last 4 days. Good tasting and room was clean. Give the hostess a bonus. Placed in room 100, next to lobby. Not good. Could hear late guests arriving. Also, did not appreciate the 0530 wake up call which I did not ask for.

If you need a budget place in a pinch, i suppose this will do. It has the basics. Beyond that, this place was unpleasant. Rooms smell like mold, cracked paint and metal everywhere, blankets and towels stained. Avoid unless you're desperate or you have very low standards and expectations.

Tara ( front desk) and Rebecca ( in charge of breakfast and the room in which it’s served) were the most outstanding, efficient, kind workers I ever encountered in a hotel. Everything was good with this hotel except the noise from the highway. Our room was in the back of the hotel and within 50 feet of the interstate and trucks made so much noise braking to go around the curve. Difficult to sleep.

Whether you're looking for something romantic, like hotels with spa facilities, or are more interested in rooms better fit for a solo traveller or a group of friends, you'll find it here. What are the best gay-friendly hotels in Charleston like?

The best gay-friendly hotel in Charleston depends on what you're looking for in accommodation. Fortunately, you can easily find what you need, thanks to the multitude of available search filters. You can filter based on amenities you may be interested in, like hot tubs or pet-friendly policies, or you can sort by star rating. Don't forget to mark the filter for LGBTQ-friendly hotels to only show anti-discriminatory hotels in your results.

How can I find deals on Charleston gay-friendly hotels?

You'll find plenty of deals on gay-friendly hotels in Charleston. If you want to increase your chances of finding a deal, try booking your stay in the off-season when prices are usually cheaper. Additionally, think about what amenities you may be willing to go without to drive the price down even further. Of course, booking a short distance away from prominent attractions can be an easy way to save while still being close to public transport routes that can get you to the action easily. Just keep in mind that these are general trends rather than solid rules, as prices fluctuate all the time and can be difficult to predict.
