The property was clean but parking was costly. The two front desk clerks I encountered were superb Michelle was very professional and understanding. Wanda was also very helpful and they both were friendly and caring.

The hotel and staff are were very nice. Sofitel needs to staff their valet parking better and turn down the air conditioning in the breakfast cafe. Otherwise a wonderful place, great room.

While the rooms were on the smaller side which I must admit was a little concerning. Once getting in the room it made sense and flowed flawlessly everything from the view to the bed was amazing the staff helped me with my special request with ease and made everything so easy that alone made the trip 10x better

Great location with very good dining choices nearby. Two subway stations close for ease of going to and from the airports. Clean suite with amenities needed for a stay of any length. Helpful staff to help with any problems or questions. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.
