"Second time staying here, big room clean bed comfortable. All staff friendly Even probs newbie at Breakfast area…. She had someone assisting so looked like being trained Food delish , stocked well Only thing that should be “softly” adressed is attire- should not be so “wrinkled… outa bed look”. She is handling customers food so should represent. Thumbs up to hiring individuals with disabilities! "Staff is as good as can possibly be. Super quick, helpful and very nice. Sheetz right next door for all your fuel, coffee and snack needs. I’d go out of the way to stay here again. Plenty of parking if you have a trailer too. "

"I was pleasantly surprised about the size of the place, very roomy, and the sliding glass doors to the deck added brightness and a pleasant view. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever you needed, including cleaning items. I will need to travel down this way again this year and would certainly rent from Jordan again. Very homey place."

"Host was good. The bed was horrible, slipped all over the place, hard to get in because the edge the bed sank on the edge. The kitchen sink was stained and chipped. Dead bugs on the window sills and roach traps set in plain sight all over the cabin.No instructions on how to use the heater or the old Roku remote. When you are not familiar with the equipment instructions are needed. Also, it’s winter, a snow shovel would have been nice. Snow on the porch and steps. Really slippery. Not real happy with the experience, but the view was beautiful."

"Extremely poor communication from property owner/host. Once trip was booked i didn’t hear back from them AT ALL!!! I had questions and requests that went completely unanswered!!! Also the thing we were most excited for, the pool, was full of dead and alive bugs. And before you ask, no there was no net whatsoever to clean them out of the pool so we could enjoy it. We ended up just packing all of our stuff back up and leaving only 3 hours into our stay, seeing as even if we reached out to the property owner we would not have received a response! "
