"This was a bad stay. The Found staff onsite was awful! Tho not bPoshtels hire, the latter is housed in the Found hotel. I travel, but maintain an address in SF for business. It is on my ID. I arrived to check-in exhausted, hoping for a pleasant 1-night stay at a relatively new spot. I pre-payed. I was met by a sour young woman who proclaimed I could NOT stay there because I was a "local" - I shouldn't even have had to explain. "I woke up itching and found that I had a squashed a bed bug on my arm. I found another live bed bug crawling on my bed. I told the staff and they moved me to a different room (which they said didn’t have bed bugs and I wondered why people weren’t already sleeping there?) This seemed to be a common occurrence here and I feel like they may have already known about their bed bug problems."
