The food was upscale and old school at the same time and the staff honestly made us feel like we were long time valued guests. Totally professional and also relaxed- just right on every level. Valet on top of our car every time. We found our new go to favorite hotel in LA. I hope you try it."

"Breakfast was delicious, staff were great, rooms were generously proportioned However, I was travelling for work and there was weirdly no desk, and the rooms were dark with low ceilings. Room cleaning was on request only by 9am which seemed v odd. Would be grand for a short stay for leisure, less so for longer or for work."
