"The property was super clean and the living spaces were cozy and comfortable. I was nervous when I saw how close it was to the freeway, but honestly we didn't even hear it from the house. The neighborhood was super safe and quiet. The house is only minutes from the Huntington and tons to see and do in Pasadena. The cute little sitting area in the front yard was a nice bonus space to hang out. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Easy check in big great kitchen if you like to cook great huge TV in the living room nice huge bathtub. Great king-size bed. It was a chill little spot if you’re just trying to chill and hang out and be mellow. Nice little front yard to hang out and get some sun All in all if you’re looking for a peaceful quiet existence in Southern California definitely check out this place. highly recommend it. I will definitely rent it again. "

"Check in was easy. Every room was clean. Large garage for parking. Bedrooms on every floor offers separation for guests. The house looks just like the pictures. 2 balconies, 1 in the living room and one in the top level master bedroom. Small outdoor seating would be nice. FYI: The other resident in the complex does not close the driveway gate. They leave it open. "
