Amazing one bedroom freestanding house with top of the line appliances, including an outside area to come and relax after a long day out. It has central ac/heat and even an electric charger in case you have an electric vehicle. This is a back house so once you drive up you will find your own hidden retreat in the middle of the city or walk to the multiple restaurants and cafes in the area, even go a couple of walks to the fabulous hiking trails.

California getaway

The location was great for us to easily get to Universal Studios and Six Flags. The unit was clean and easy to locate. It was great to have a parking space off the street. Just be aware you will have to reverse out a way, which can be harder for some. Great stay overall!

Great little cottage!

We chose this spot because it was close to our event. I’m so glad to have found it as it was perfect for our needs. Even better that there are to separate rooms with tv’s and no need to input our info to stream our favourite shows We will definitely stay here again next year!

Nice place to stay while we explored the area. Close to everything. The driveway is narrow and street parking is limited. I didn’t feel comfortable back out, but you may feel differently. Host is very responsive. Would stay again.

Lovely little cottage

My husband and I came into town for a few days and needed a place that would allow for an easy access to Hollywood and out to Pasadena. This little cottage was perfect. It was well appointed, comfortable and quiet. It was nice not having to look for a parking spot on the street. Bernice was easy to communicate with.

This property is exactly as described. We loved staying in this updated guest house with great amenities. Clean property, comfy bed, nice kitchen stocked with handy appliances, great shower pressure. Loved having our own parking spot. Air conditioning worked well. The owner communicates quickly. We lacked nothing, and would easily stay here again.

The property is lovely: trees, patio, off-street parking. The inside has a high end kitchen, great bathroom, huge closet, comfy sofa. And the neighborhood is a hidden gem. Put on your walking shoes and walk towards downtown Burbank: bakeries, small ethnic food stores, iconic buildings. This place is a plethora of charm.

Comfy and quiet retreat in the heart of Glendale

Loved this property! I needed a place to stay while visiting my brother who lives nearby. Cozy bedroom with a very comfortable mattress. Huge closet and hotel quality bathroom. While I didn’t need to use the kitchen much, the hostess provided a good amount of amenities. Excellent communication with the hostess too. Would come back here and stay!!!

Great location and home.

This guest home was amazing. Very clean and well spaced with all amenities needed. Parking was provided which was a huge plus. Communication with host was prompt and helpful. Loved that they had lots of extra linens available and we didn’t have to pull from other beds. The master closet was huge and a great space to change and store luggage. Even a secured safe is provided. Couldn’t be more happy with our stay, will definitely be back.
