Mid Century home nestled in beautiful Beachwood Canyon under the historic Hollywood Sign. Lush canyon views with beautiful hiking right out of the front door. Watch breathtaking California sunsets while relaxing on the spacious deck. Antique rugs and furniture throughout.

You will get the best of both worlds here - a beautiful getaway in the Hollywood Hills surrounded by nature, yet a stones throw away from the wonderful city life that Los Angeles has to offer...

This is a large Hollywood Hills home split into 2 private sections:

The section for rent is 2 stories and has a private entrance, private parking, 2 bed, 2 bath (1 queen and 1 California king).
2 cushioned floor mats are provided for additional guests

Kitchenette with sink, 2 fridges (1 full size and 1 medium size), coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave oven, rice cooker, toaster oven, hotplate, sandwich press, crockpot & ice cooler. Dishes, pots, pans & kitchen utensils provided. Please note that there is no oven, but full meals can be prepared using the amenities provided, including the gas burner on the BBQ grill.

We were coming to la for a wedding and found this property. Could not be more pleased with the location, views, and access to fun things to do. My kids were so excited with how close the Hollywood sign was and it was a super short drive to universal studios. Paula was a great host who even dropped off coffee for us! Will definitely be back!

Spacious and clean. Seriously good view of Cahuenga peak and Hollywood sign areas from living room. A short ten yard walk about southeast and you get a great view of Los Angeles basin. Overall great location. Front entry needs a little bit of attention to make it more secure. Thanks.

The house was in an amazing location. It was a bit outdated but we lived the old school Cali vibe. There is no kitchen but there was a fridge and other forms of cooking. The accommodations were perfect. The main room was spacious and clean. This rental is connected to a main house. The walkout deck is on the first floor with the bedrooms and the main entrance is in the second floor where there is a huge family room and stunning views!!! We loved walking around the neighborhood and up the trails. No smoking allowed. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay at your home.

Magical Hollywood Hills Rock Star Hideaway

Loved it. Hosts were excellent. Quite a fantastic find and value. Amazing views. Beautiful, spacious, clean house close to all. Looking forward to going back- hopefully sometime soon!

Hollywood Hills Retreat

We loved staying here while visiting our kids. The house is beautiful and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of LA but with easy access to Griffith Park, the Hollywood sign and all the tourist stuff. We were in great communication with the owner. The place was clean, the beds comfortable. We loved the view from the deck and the picture windows in the living room.

Great location with gorgeous views

Our stay was perfect for our needs. Close to attractions and gorgeous site seeing. Beds were super comfortable for a good nights rest. The owner was available and attentive with communication. The only improvement I may suggest is to somehow improve the odor; the property was clean but had some unfresh odors.

Fantastic Stay and a Great Host

We absolutely loved staying at the property. Deck was great for relaxing and the neighborhood was very quiet. Paula, the host, was great to work with and was so helpful during our stay. Close proximity to Hollywood, Burbank, hiking, and freeway access. Such a beautiful area and just down the road was the Beachwood Market and the Beachwood Cafe. Clean rental and had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again.

Beachwood home with MANA!!

Old Hollywood charm, fascinating decor, tons of space for our family to spread out, and the outdoor deck make this home an absolute gem!! Reviews are accurate, The Hollywood sign is CLOSER than it looks in the listing pics. We hiked directly from the home up to Hollywood sign hikes. We’re already looking forward to staying here again!!

Absolutely amazing!

The location of this property is unmatched. Every time we went out to sight see, our entire family was anxious to get back to the house and sit on the porch with the Hollywood sign in view. The property owner communicated frequently and gave us some dining ideas. Great place to stay!! Also, the horseback riding just down the street is so much fun!

Spacious and Comfortable

Paula's home was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable for our group of 4 adults. Beautiful views, nice furnishings, lovely deck, and cute kitchenette. We were able to put together a yummy meal using the crockpot and rice cooker in the morning, and after a busy day, had dinner waiting when we returned home. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Wonderful views in an awesome location!

This rental was exactly as described and pictured with the exception of the deck and view of the Hollywood sign - the pictures just can’t do them justice. The Hollywood sign felt closer in real life. The large deck is surrounded by flowering bushes and hummingbirds. The location is so close to the hustle and bustle of Hollywood and yet it is very quiet and peaceful. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room to be together or spread out. We’d stay here again!

Time stood still!

Classic Hollywood Hills home. Meticulously maintained and beautifully decorated. Perfect location, wonderful views, and great communication. We were transported back to the 1970’s in the classic home. The “Hollywood“ sign is at your fingertips. We highly recommend this home and hope to be back soon. Thank you!

Amazing place in the Hollywood hills!

We had a great stop off here in this lovely, quirky place nestled into the Hollywood hills. It had everything we needed and the view of the Hollywood sign was spectacular! The morning walks up into the hills from the house were fantastic and well worth doing as the views of LA are amazing from up there. Thoroughly enjoyed it, a stark contrast to the business of the city down below! Just to note, our satnav kept defaulting to the windiest route up the hills to get there but there’s actually a much more direct route 😂 Thank you for a great stay!

Amazing view

Place is exactly as pictured. The inside is obviously a bit dated but that's part of the charm. It's large with lots of space and the view is why you would want to be staying here. Evertything was nice and clean. We spent most of our time on the deck and it was amazing. There's a large fridge and BBQ out there and a great place to hang out. It was nice and shady so even when it was super hot outside it was nice and comfortable on the deck. Host provided us with clear easy instructions and even though we had no issues she was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Nice getaway but needs a little love

The shared property is nice and spacious. Slightly unique setup with the fridge on the deck and Jack n Jill bathroom to the two bedrooms. Shower spout needs replaced among other antique/original things in the house. It was clean and well kept. The location is up a windy steep hill with a good view. For a single couple with kids, this would be a great stay. Not ideal for two separate couples. Overall good value and nice area.

Amazing stay

This home has spectacular views of both the surrounding hills, but downtown LA as well. It’s close to Griffith Park, and anything Hollywood you would want to do. Paula is a wonderful and kind person. She has good food suggestions and has a her own family restaurant, which she was too humble to tell us about at first. I’ll tell you right now, you must go to this restaurant The Cat and Fiddle. It’s British food with vegetarian options. I can’t recommend this rental enough. I would definitely stay there again.

Hollywood Hills

My family and I stayed in this property for a few days as we visited LA. The host was perfect. Great communication. The pictures in the add were an exact match for reality. There were no surprises. The back deck was amazing. We had dinner out there a couple of nights. The gas grill was very clean and has a side burner. It would be nice if there was a bigger sink area to wash dishes but it is functional. Overall we were very happy.
