"The apartment was lovely and quiet, and just a short walk from the main street where there were plenty of cafés and restaurants. It was very spacious and we appreciated the undercover parking space. We had a lovely view of the swimming pools and could see the sunrise over the ocean. We did find that the lights were very bright but there were no other options. A lamp or dimmer switch would have been good. We also had ants come into the kitchen so had to be careful to store food away properly. The spa also wasn’t working properly (no bubbles) which was disappointing."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Karingal 1 due to the great location and spaciousness of the property. It was furnished nicely in keeping with the beachside position and the kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. We would recommend that each guest be provided with two towels as we found that our towels would not dry in the bathrooms this was probably due to the bathrooms not all having windows for ventilation. It would also be good to have beach towels provided for guests."

"A lovely home with a great hinterland view and not far from the beach. Lots of space and little nooks to tuck away in with a book. Rained for us but with the pool this would be great in the sun!! Thanks to Elizabeth for great communication and help."

"This is a fabulous location, in a well appointed and spacious home at a good price. If anything, it is under furnished and the 3 of us did not utilise all the rooms. The view is amazing. There are plenty of comfortable spots with lovely views. I especially enjoyed having my morning cup of tea looking out to the ocean from a comfy lounge. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac which can get busy as it is a surf point and the beginning of a paved walk to the headland. That means parking can be a bit tight, a small price to pay for all the other benefits. The rooms are very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. I would not hesitate to book this house again."
