This place was perfect for our needs. The bonus being on the beach. The receptionist was a wealth of knowledge and extremely helpful and friendly.

The Clarion Hotel Mackay Marina is our place to stay in Mackay. Great staff, spacious clean rooms, quiet relaxing atmosphere, comfy beds and a fabulous pool.

Quest is always fab. Would recommend.

We have stayed here 3 or 4 times now. The value is great. Location terrific. Relaxed, clean, comfortable and friendly. We always recemmend itvto friends and family.

This was a great place to stay, clean and tidy, located across the road from a great kids park and beach. The only downside and it was a big one, was our A/C did not work well, and as a result we all had a terrible nights sleep. It kept turning itself off and wouldn't even work properly while it was on. We would have kept the glass sliding door open but unfortunately the lock wasn't very secure and I was worried our three year old could escape. I would definitely stay here again but would first...

Staff were great. Room was perfect…..really appreciated the kitchenette to prepare meals and lunches. Continental breakfast was a great bonus. Excellent value for your money. Will definitely rebook next cricket tournament.

The experience was great. We had a large room with five beds so more people could have stayed with us comfortably. Cheap price but great value. Thank you.

We needed a room for the night at short notice to accommodate wife, self daughter and granddaughter. Booked through Wotif, arrived and found motel offered everything we could ask for. Have worked a lot overseas, so know the difference between value for money. We only stayed 1 night, but definitely got value for money. Will seek to stay again, if we need revisit Mackay.

Loved staying here last night. The staff were very friendly, food was great and the accomodation was beautiful. Will defentley be staying here again.

Superb venue, lovely clean, modern and well appointed rooms. Very friendly operators, recommended good places to eat and see. Free wifi, breakfast included in room rate, absolutely faultless. Simple little touches, like a little wave from the operator as you drive in and out make for a great experience.

Amazing service. Very clean and tidy room. Hannah is amazing. Nothing was ever a problem. We ordered room service for dinner. Wonderful, generous meals which were very delicious. Kids loved the pool. Access to the beach was very close too. Lovely park not far as well for the kids. We will recommend to all we know. Thanks for amazing service.

We had 2 young children with us so having that extra single bed in the room was great. The parking was good had extra room to fully open the doors on the car without having to squeeze beside the other cars. The rooms were nicely renovated with an old country stone charm. The in room Neptune’s Seafood was amazing recommend the Chicken Malibu Sauce dish! Only downfalls 1. the pool wish it was heated so the kids could go for a swim. Had a great stay, nice clean modern rooms, kids were impressed to say the least to have their own room and space. Close to everything in Mackay city, would definitely stay again.

After calling ahead to tell the staff we had a wedding to attend at 2pm we are allowed to check in 2 hours early to get ready. Very happy with their customer service

Staff were lovely, room was very clean and comfortable, nice big tv, beautiful pool, wonderful restaurant. I can't fault the coral cay, it was wonderful:-)
