"All good but the air-conditioning was not working. Staff provided with portable fan and told they will try to chage room but at the end it was too late so we gave up . Did ask if they can give free breakfast as compensation was told they will try but no response from them in morning so stayed there with out air-conditioning and no compensation what so ever.i been there i belive 3 or 4 time and they are all good n great but this time bit disappointed i will still visit the hotel to stay there but i hope a bit more of customer service with small gesture gose a long way."

"I love art deco, and this hotel provided not only the architecture but also the mood of an 1930s hotel. The room was nice and the amenities were all fine. And the location was also excellent. The Tram stop was literally outside an the main streets less than 100m away. Perfect."
