"Hotel was full so long queues at check in as not enoigh staff. Arrived early so waited 3 hrs for room tho staff were not very helpful in checking options. Hotel looks and feels a bit dated & tired and rooms need refresh. Basic ammenties provided. Hotel ok for overnight stay as near to cruise terminal so easy walk or shuttle available. Would normally expect better quality from Crowne Plaza brand hence a bit disappointing. Rather expensive for the quality & service . "

" The staff was very nice. I had a nice large room that overlooked the marina full of boats. The hotel is beautiful. One complaint: no one ever came to clean my room after my arrival. I was told that post-COVID I needed to arrange room cleaning, which I did after the first night, but still no one came during my entire stay. I've never experienced that at a hotel before. "
