Building in poor condition, Remodling in progress looks like a poorley funded DIY project. No hangers, for rod attached to wall, drawers only in bathroom. The steakhouse had good food.

Clean and staff was great but literally had a hole through bathroom door that was patched poorly. The shower needs to be replaced, thick gross caulking. Night stand was covered with cigarette burns. Rough looking place. Decent area and lovely staff.

I really like the customer service. The workers are very friendly and nice. The rooms are OK. You can tell that they are trying to make the best of the building that they have to work with. The surrounding area is good. There’s food and store is very close by within walking distance

The location was accessible to everything, walking distance to stores and food restaurants. Hotel is good if just for sleeping and will be out most of the time. The room we got was ok, the tub was clogged per the front desk was because of the nearness to the ocean.

Clean, good location and reasonable price

Room was clean and great location just across the street from grocery store, restaurants and shopping. Only issue was that motel adjoins a steakhouse and when the steakhouse closed there was a lot of people (employees?) and loud talking right outside the door in the parking lot that awakened me and went on for quite a while. I poked my head out the door a couple times and they said, “Sorry” but continued on

Bed was comfy but the room was a hot mess. Random stains everywhere, someone wrote their initials on the wall and homeless people wandering around at night. Stayed here for 2 nights while attending warped tour and just needed a room to keep our stuff in and a place to nap and shower and it did exactly that. We were only there for probably 8 hours total between the 2 nights. Very confusing upon arrival because the lobby / office where you check in is listed as hotel AG. Not americas best value inn. Overall would stay here again if I absolutely needed to but it’s not fantastic. And about 20 minutes away from the fun of Long Beach / shoreline village / convention center and queen Mary. Looks a lot closer on the map

Very comfortable hotel for a short stay. It could use a little love on the interiors, but otherwise everyone was very professional and helpful.

I liked that it was easily accessible for food, the two days that i was there. Not very far from the 405, and gas station an liquor store, were both within walking distance. There is a skate park directly across the street if that interests you. I will definitely keep this place in mind for next time.

Ideal location for cruise travel. Cons: no elevator, no sound proofing, remote for tv didn’t work, have to pay for ice, bed is a bit hard, no fridge or safe in room Pros: quiet neighbourhood, restaurant next door, walking distance to groceries

Area is great and staff is very nice. The rooms are a little run down, but you get what you pay for. They were cleaned well at least. Area is amazing, right across the street from shops, a gas station, and a beautiful park. I would stay here again.

Clean and reasonably priced

Doesn’t look it but the beds and pillows are actually really comfortable. It’s nothing fancy but it’s clean and a very reasonably priced, also in a nice part of town with plenty of parking, good if you have a large truck
