"Nice room on 2nd floor of the new section. Was quiet since it is shoulder season. Was upgraded to a bigger room with mountain views. Staff were polite and helpful. Bed was comfy. Quiet at night. Nothing to complain about. Would definitely stay again."

We were a little disappointed to find our room on arrival with half eaten bags of crisps and nuts in one of the draws, this clearly hadn’t been checked and cleaned. However, on the whole it was a pleasant stay."

"We were on the first level next to the hot tubs but wasn't busy enough to be noisy plus they close at 10 pm. Towels weren't too notch, could be softer but did the trick. My partner mentioned the pillow cases are slightly "scratchy"."
