Great newer property! Double room config ideal for families with two children. Although there's no door for privacy for the parents in the larger bedroom which has the queen bed. Breakfast is very good. Has a ski room. Great cafe downstairs.

Great for the price. It is a decent walk into town, also the room was not very sound proof - the train from outside and others closing their doors was very noisy.

Great place with easy walk to downtown or use Roam bus . Great cave pool, rooms nice and big a little dark though but gives you feel of being cosy.
Service from staff amazing, they all go above and beyond in reservations/front desk especially.
Loved our stay

Staff were lovely, hotel is very pretty and clean, well looked after. Spa was very busy so book in advance. Quiet end of the Main Street, bus is available right outside, would definitely stay again

Overall, it was a wonderful stay in Banff. The Hotel was located in a a very accessible spot. You could catch the bus in to town with free bus passes, you could drive a few mins or just walk. There is an underground garage to park your car, which was awesome for us, given we drove.
The property is dated, but it is clean and well maintained.
The staff were kind and always willing to help. Shout out to Cleon, what a helpful and kind front desk support person.

We just wanted somewhere to sleep for 2 nights and this was the best value I could find for 6 people. When we checked in we found about the truly massive play room as well as the water slides, indoor pool and hot tubs.

Great overnight stay. Room was spotless, comfortable king bed, fast and easy check in for a very good price.
The surprise was actually the on site restaurant. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with spectacular food. Their oxtail soup was one of the best I ever had and the kitchen staff was happy to do one for me even at breakfast 👍

After checking out at 11:00, you can get a temporary card to continue using their facilities, which is very helpful. The hotel's front desk staff are very good at communicating with guests.
